AMBER WILLIAMS
Amber Williams is an Agency Principal and Co-Owner of VP Custom Insurance Solutions. She began her career in the insurance industry in 2003 and became a co-owner of the agency in 2021. Amber brings extensive experience in commercial insurance, complex risk placements, wildfire-exposed properties, carrier relationships, and strategic marketing insight.
Born and raised in Bishop, Amber has deep connections to the community and the local businesses and families she serves. She believes clients deserve to understand exactly what they are purchasing and why, and values providing honest guidance—even when the answers are not always easy. Outside the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her young family while continuing to build a business grounded in honesty, integrity, and service to the community. She is passionate about creating a company that not only supports local families and businesses, but also serves as an example and inspiration for other women entrepreneurs.
ASHLYNNE VEGA
Ashlynne Vega is an Agency Principal and Co-Owner of VP Custom Insurance Solutions. She began her career in the insurance industry in 2014 and became a co-owner of the agency in 2021. Ashlynne specializes in commercial insurance, workers’ compensation, and helping clients navigate complex audits, endorsements, and policy details.
Having grown up in Bishop surrounded by the Eastern Sierra, Ashlynne values the close-knit nature of the community and is proud to now be raising her own family there with the same rural values. She believes clients deserve to understand their coverage and have a trusted advisor who will guide them through important insurance decisions. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, photography, reading, and other creative pursuits.
ASHLEE REDMOND
Ashlee Redmond is a Personal Lines Account Manager at VP Custom Insurance Solutions. She enjoys helping clients find the right coverage for their homes and vehicles while making the insurance process clear and less stressful. Ashlee takes the time to understand each client’s needs and focuses on finding the best coverage for their situation, not simply placing a policy. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, relaxing, and watching her favorite TV shows.
FALON PARRA
Falon Parra is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at VP Custom Insurance Solutions. She enjoys helping clients find practical solutions while ensuring a smooth and well-organized renewal process. Falon is known for her problem-solving skills when working through underwriting challenges and for maintaining strong documentation and compliance practices. Outside of work, she enjoys playing softball, working out with her family, bowling, traveling, and cheering on football and baseball.
KIM JONES
Kim Jones is a Customer Service Representative supporting the back-office operations at VP Custom Insurance Solutions. She enjoys helping ensure clients receive dependable service and support whenever they need it. Kim is known for her strong work ethic and commitment to assisting both clients and the team. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, camping, horseback riding, and going for walks.
LAURA HOHMANN
Laura Hohmann serves as the HR Manager and Bookkeeper at VP Custom Insurance Solutions. She enjoys supporting both the owners and staff as they work together to achieve the agency’s goals. Laura is known for her strong organizational skills, friendly approach, and dedication to helping the team succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and participating in church activities.
